The Skills
In addition to having significant experience in data platform & cloud engineering consulting, we are looking for a colleague who can take on additional responsibilities. As a Data Platform And Cloud Engineering Team Lead, we expect a strong ambition and the ability to showcase a supplementary skill set, the significance of which may vary depending on the nature of the team.

Data Platform And Cloud Engineering skills:

• Leadership in data engineering and cloud architecture.

• Proficiency in building ELT data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, Spark, dbt, or related tooling.

• Mastery of software engineering skills including Git, Python, and SQL.

• Expertise in cloud engineering with tooling like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, … for robust and scalable cloud infrastructure.

• Understanding of at least one data platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure data services, or AWS data services.

Team Lead skills:

• Consulting experience combined with team management skills.

• Ability to coordinate projects and ensure team performance.

• Focus on team engagement, well-being, and skill-building.

• Experience in client relationship building and business development.

• Documentation and asset building for knowledge sharing and domain-specific development.
