📊 Analytics Engineer
Job description
👔 The Job
As an Analytics Engineer, you are working within a cross-functional team where you support data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders by delivering analytics-ready data. Within this role, you are an expert in developing data models, executing transformations, and understanding the business users to deliver data that can directly be used in reporting.
To do this effectively, you combine strong technical skills with a solid understanding of foundational data concepts, enabling efficient collaboration with data engineers. At the same time, you’re able to communicate clearly with business stakeholders — asking the right questions, challenging requirements when needed, and translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
Dataroots brings together experts across three key domains: AI, data engineering, and data strategy & analytics. This allows us to cover the entire data lifecycle and deliver end-to-end solutions to our clients. As part of this setup, you’ll not only work within your own area of expertise, but also have direct access to colleagues from other domains. This creates a strong learning environment where knowledge is continuously shared, and you can rely on the support and insights of others to tackle complex challenges and grow in your role.
