You work hands-on with clients to design, implement, and embed modern data management practices. From data quality frameworks and catalogs to governance processes that stick, you make sure data doesn’t just exist - it creates value.

Build data foundations that work
Implement data quality frameworks, data catalogs, and master data solutions
Translate business needs into practical, scalable data management setups
Ensure solutions are adopted, embedded, and used in daily operations
Collaborate closely with people
Work with both technical and business stakeholders
Support governance processes and train teams on tools and best practices
Help organisations grow their data maturity in a sustainable way

💼 What you bring

Hands-on experience in Data Management, including:
Data Catalogs (e.g. Collibra, Atlan, OpenMetadata, Zeenea)
Data Quality (e.g. Soda, Great Expectations, Monte Carlo)
Master Data Management (e.g. Ataccama, Informatica)
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Solid software engineering basics (Git, Python, SQL)
Fluent English and either Dutch or French
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with Docker
Building batch or streaming pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)
Knowledge of platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure or AWS and their governance tooling
