As an MLOps Engineer, you’ll develop, deploy, and optimise scalable ML pipelines across diverse projects. Your role is critical in ensuring our AI models transition smoothly from experimentation to production, adhering to best practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and model monitoring.

    Collaboration with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and cloud architects will be central to your role, allowing you to deliver seamless, efficient ML systems that drive intelligent decision-making for our clients.

    Job requirements

    💼 Your Expertise

    You bring the following to the table:

    • A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in MLOps

    • Experience in a client-facing environment.

    • Deep knowledge of frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TensorFlow Extended (TFX).

    • Proven track record of setting up CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.

    • Strong proficiency in Python, with additional knowledge of Go or Rust as a bonus.

    • Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding their use in scaling ML operations.

    • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect or Dagster.

    • Familiarity with real-time endpoints and serverless computing for ML deployments.

    • Experience with ML versioning tooling, including data versioning and model registries.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

    • Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

    • EU citizenship or a permanent VISA is required.

    📍 Where you’ll work

    Our main offices are in Leuven and Ghent, with co-working spaces in Charleroi and Antwerp. These spaces are perfect for both focusing and unwinding with colleagues, as well as brainstorming sessions and team events. While much of your work can be performed remotely, you will also work on-site with clients.
