In the role of Business Developer, you'll find yourself in a vibrant environment, acting as a trusted business development partner to the head of the unit. Your days will be diverse, filled with opportunities and responsibilities that cover a broad spectrum of the business development process.
A Glimpse of Your Day-to-Day:
Developing New Customer Relationships (30%): Expanding our client base by identifying potential new customers, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning Dataroots' solutions effectively.
Administrative Sales Enablement Support (30%): Facilitating smooth sales operations through various administrative tasks, from CRM maintenance to presentation preparation.
Developing Existing Customer Relationships (20%): Strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and our solutions consistently deliver value.
Collaborating on RFPs (20%): Working cross-functionally to strategize and craft compelling, resonant proposals for clients and prospects.
These percentages represent a high-level estimate of your time distribution, subject to fine-tuning based on your unique skills and where you can deliver the most impact.

Job requirements
💼 What we’re looking for
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, technical fields, or equivalent.
You have demonstrated interest in AI, data, and corporate strategy.
You have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
You have a creative mindset, with a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking when faced with challenges.
You have an independent, self-starter attitude, capable of steering projects autonomously.
You have a sharp attention to detail, ensuring thorough follow-through on tasks.
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French. Trilingual being a valuable asset.
